TimeMaster Warranty Statement

TimeMaster, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of security products and tools and therefore has no specific warranty or our own either expressed or implied. We do however act on our customer’s behalf with any specific manufacturer to ensure any stated warranty from the manufacturer of the product is fully and correctly applied. Please see our warranty section for the specific written warranties and limitations for each manufacturer we represent.

Manufacturer Warranty Statements

Returns and Repairs

With the exception of ‘special order products’ you may return a product to TimeMaster within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price. Product must be in the original packaging and in new, unused condition. Products returned within 30 days, but with damaged packaging or missing parts will incur a 25% restocking fee. Products returned to TimeMaster after 30 days of the purchase date will incur a 25% restocking fee. Products showing any evidence of use or installation are non-returnable. No returns will be accepted for refund after 90 days.

For defective products that fall under the manufacturer’s warranty, TimeMaster will contact the manufacturer on behalf of the customer to handle the return process. Throughout this process, the manufacturer’s warranty terms will apply.

Prior to returning any product to TimeMaster, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained. To be given an RMA number, please download our RMA request form RMA Request Form . Complete this form and then email the form to sales@time-master.com or fax the form to 1-859-259-1878.
